Customer’s Story

Allstate Relocation was very unprofessional and damaged many of our items being moved. There was a signed contract and they were to pay for damages done. We filed a claim for the damages with Northern Moving, who hired All State Relocation Services. After the investigation was done I signed and agreement for Northern Moving to pay $500 and All State RelocationServices to pay $750. Northern Moving honored their portion, but All State Relocation has not paid their portion of the damages and is refusing to respond and I am being advised to take it to civil court. I paid 12028.1 for this moving service and have been disruption these damages since August 15, 2025.
