Customer’s Story

My items were picked for a cross country move in July. It is now September and my items still have not arrived. I contacted a broker, Pricing Van Lines to book the move, and they selected the carrier for the move. Communication has been terrible between both the broker and carrier, from inventory list, size of load, price, and delivery. I have contacted both every single day as the delivery deadline approached. Crickets. Instead I get completely ignored by the carrier. The broker has been very unprofessional in their responses and has also struggled to get a response from the carrier. The broker has threatened to sue me for harassment, as I call daily looking for answers (well hello? I’ve paid more than 50% of this move already and my stuff is MIA- yeah I’m going to keep calling!!!) one agent at Pricing Van Lines (named Dylan), said on a recorded call to stop calling, my stuff is on the side of the road, and to cry myself to sleep as I will not be getting my stuff back. And the agent from Pricing Van Lines assigned to me (Andrew Murrell) supports this and has sent me nasty messages saying this is acceptable. Screenshots attached. Do not ever use a broker, I still don’t have my stuff, we are past the deadline, and no location or timeframe of my stuff has been provided.
