Why This Partnership Matters

The USMPO exists to help consumers understand the true cost of moving. As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we audit carriers, publish pricing research, and educate consumers on how estimates are built — but education alone cannot verify a quote or monitor a move in real time. MoveSafe supplies that operational layer: verified pricing, documented communication, and move monitoring from booking through delivery.

What MoveSafe Adds to a Protected Move

• Verified pricing before you book. The customer builds one detailed inventory, and MoveSafe verifies the estimate structure, pricing accuracy, contract terms, and payment requirements before any deposit is paid — closing the door on lowball quotes and surprise price increases.
• Documented communication. Mover calls placed through MoveSafe are monitored, recorded, and automatically shared with the customer. No sales misrepresentation, and no "he said, she said" when it matters.
• Book direct. Stay protected. Customers contract directly with the licensed carrier — MoveSafe is not a brokerage — while pickup and delivery compliance, performance tracking, and quality scoring continue through delivery day.
