- Must be a licensed interstate household goods carrier with valid DOT registration
- Must have been in the moving business for at least 2 years
- Must hold a current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Must pass USMPO's audit and interview process
- Must agree to and abide by the USMPO Code of Ethics
- Must submit accurate rates and tariffs for verification
- Must maintain a clean complaint history
